Conference Package Options

1. Full conference (2.5 days) – BRISMES member: £140
Must be a member at the time of registration

2. Full conference (2.5 days) – Non BRISMES member: £240

3. Full conference (2.5 days) – Student BRISMES member: £100

Must be a member at the time of registration. Student ID will be required

4. Day rate – BRISMES member: £90
Must be a member at the time of registration

5. Day rate – Non BRISMES member: £150

6. Day rate – Student BRISMES member: £65

The conference fee gives the delegate access to all conference sessions and the publishers’ exhibition, and lunch and coffee/tea breaks. Conference materials are included in the price and wireless internet will be provided. Delegates purchasing one day’s conference access must specify which day they will attend.

Conference Dinner

The conference dinner will be held at Maroush Lebanese Restaurant, Vere St, the evening of 24 June. You can book your place alongside your conference ticket. The cost is £46 + VAT per person.

Publishers Exhibition: book your place here

The BRISMES Publishers’ Exhibition is an opportunity for institutions to connect with more than 200 Middle East experts and practitioners from around the world and share information, publications and other materials from their organisation. The Publishers’ Exhibition of BRISMES 2015 will be located on the lower ground floor of the New Academic Building in LSE and will run for the duration of the conference.

Booking fee per table (approx. 135x67cm): £300
Includes the conference registration fee for one named representative to attend the conference. First come first serve.
